Jim Ibraham and Joy Kadija Gbangba's father died of an illness. Their mother left the children in the care of their great grandparents so she could grieve with her mother. A freak accident occurred in which a boulder rolled down a hill killing their mother. The great grandparents have no means to raise the children. They now have peace knowing the children will have an opportunity to have a positive future.
